La Dolce Domenica at Bulgari Hotel
La Dolce Domenica- indulgent Italian style brunch at the Bulgari hotel in London on Sundays, check the website for availability here - Bulgari hotel.
As usual Bulgari is never disappointing with great service and food and on this occasion excellent cocktails. Open buffet style brunch with hot dishes and pastries and of course desserts.
'Fancy girl' and 'Concealed weapon' cocktails. 'Fancy girl' is probably the best cocktail I ever had. :-) Lots of nibbles and mini dishes to choose from.
This brunch was in 'Great Gatsby' style, with great music and a screening of the film after brunch if you choose so.
Eggs for brunch or late breakfast in my case.
And the best part... There is much more but a girl can only eat a limited amount of macaroons!
Someone had to do it ...
Great fun and great service at one of my favourite places in London.
PS My drink was actually called Fancy Gin, but for some reason I decided to call it Fancy Girl, I think they should change the name! ;-)

Michael Kors golden shoes
I'm so happy with my new Michael Kors shoes, York metallic leather pumps. My first golden shoes. I might take them out for a walk tonight along with my new Zarita dress from Diane von Furstenberg that I wrote about before. :) Part of my big shopping spree at Outnet.

Colbert - Sloane Square - bar and restaurant
Colbert is a French style restaurant based in Sloane Square in Chelsea. Placed strategically by the Royal Court Theatre, tube station and The Botanist. Formerly know as Oriel (missed by many, despised by a few!) is now completely refurbished and revamped to become a very stylish French venue.
A Paris brasserie style outside tables where you can have a drink or a coffee and watch the world go by, a stylish vibrant bar with excellent cocktails and of course amazing (!!!) food. Last but not least, Art Deco style with many posters and details that make this place very special and remind me of Brasserie Zedel in Piccadilly that I wrote about before. Have a look at the website www.colbertchelsea.com
Busy bar area
Steak tatare with egg
Escargot!! Delicious. If you are into it of course.
The largest pieces of fish in town, salmon and halibut.

This time no dessert but I am sure I will be back many more times to sample them.
It can get a bit crowded and hectic so make sure you book a table. However the service is excellent and very attentive.

Zara mid-heel court shoes in black
Welcoming new Zara shoes to my collection. Just a few years ago they would be called high heels, today they have been degraded to unattractively sounding mid-heels just because they don't have a platform. I think they can still look great for a day to evening chic and not be too painful to wear. Move over Louboutins ;-)

And that reminds me of this brilliant little shoe story from Wendy's Lookbook. If you have not seen it, you have to watch it!

Spring treats
The spring is coming and the sun is shining creating all kinds of desires!
Yesterday's walk around the shops left me with a huge amount of desire for new beautiful things.
Beautiful shoes from LK Bennett with hand applied crystals.
Do I have a film premiere coming up soon I need to attend to? I need to check my diary!
Cute pompoms form LK Bennett as well.
And this beauty from Mulberry! I am in love! One of the most elegant bags I have ever seen, comes in different sizes and colours and I will be dreaming about it...
Jimmy Choo cute purple bag and Miu Miu red tote.

Yoga practice at Triyoga King's Road, Chelsea
As you know from this post here, I am a huge fan of yoga and like to practice whenever I can.
I have been looking for a yoga place that would be suitable for me but I couldn't find one until recently I have discovered Triyoga on King's Road in London. Check the website here for classes schedules. They also offer Pilates, teacher training, courses and workshops etc but I would like to focus on yoga for now.
Unfortunately this post is without any photos as I have not mastered taking photos while practising and perfecting yoga postures but I am getting there! For now just read my review of Triyoga in Chelsea.
Triyoga is located on King's Road so the nearest tube stations are Sloane Sq or Gloucester Rd but the easiest way to get there is by bus or you can take a walk from tube when we finally have nice weather. It's a newly refurbished place, just opened recently and in my opinion has the best selection of classes and the best teachers in the area. The facilities include yoga practice studios, changing rooms, treatment rooms and a cafe and shop where you can eat rally delicious food, milkshakes are highly recommended.
The best thing about Triyoga is that they have a wide variety of classes so everyone can find something they like, from Hatha yoga, to Vinyasa, Bikram yoga, pre- and postnatal yoga, Astanga etc. There are also different levels available. Even better thing about Triyoga is the teachers, for me the yoga teacher is the most important part of yoga practice, the teacher is supposed to guide you through postures and show different levels of difficulty. Also make sure you practice safely so you don't get any injuries or even cure or improve your existing injuries or health problems you might have. Ultimately yoga is supposed to make you happy and tone your body and improve your strength and coordination, also relax and calm your stressed mind. This is exactly what I found at Triyoga and especially with certain teachers whose classes I attended , Rebecca Hay Brown and Kristi Johnson who also happens to have a blog which is very interesting to read - her website and blog. As I said it is all about a great teacher so if you are starting yoga practice I encourage you to find one you really like and he or she will guide you to perfecting your asanas.
Another great thing about yoga is that it doesn't require any expensive equipment or accessories, you can just wear anything that is comfortable. You can just show up and you are ready to go.
I hope that encourages you to practice yoga wherever you are. London offers a lot of fun and also stress so it is great to take a break and enjoy becoming healthy and happy as often as you can and relax in a difficult asana, once you have done it you will feel really happy and proud.
Namaste!

Lush product review- hair products
I am a huge fan of Lush products, natural handmade cosmetics. I want to tell you about a few of them I have tried.
The Flying Fox shower gel which smells amazing and can be used as shampoo as well. I decided to give my hair a full Lush treatment and used the Flying Fox and them Daddy-o, a shampoo for blonde coloured hair. It is supposed to keep the hair nice and blonde with no brassy tones, I think it works, I use it every now and then. After that I used the American cream conditioner. It makes your hair smell amazing all day.
Then I used R&B hair moisturiser. I bought this product as a miracle has happened in the shop when I was trying it- it was raining my hair was, hmmm very frizzy to say the least. :-) I used it on dry hair as the shop assistant recommended and it worked (miracle!) and my hair actually stayed frizz free for the rest of the rainy day! If you know me, you can really appreciate what I mean when I say miracle. :-) This product is designer for African hair but it works miracles for blonde frizzballs like me. Also it smells amazing and you can add it on during the day if you want, it does not weigh the hair down at all. Here it is.
