SOHO HOUSE MEMBERS CLUB REVIEW

London Soho House is a members club that has many varied venues across London , here are some that I have been to and what I think about them, are they worth it? Soho House is meant to be a place for people who work in media and other creative professions. White City House - a massive venue in White City with restaurants and bars and a swimming pool on the rooftop. There is all you need to be entertained, concerts, shows, cabaret, restaurants ( I lived the Japanese restaurant there) and of course the famous swimming pool. Whereas the venues itself is luges , the pool area gets very crowded even on a Monday so it is a bit tricky to really enjoy it. I wish the pool was bigger. Otherwise I love the venue and the service is always super nice and helpful. Little House in Mayfair. As the name suggests it is very small and suitable for drinks after work if you happened to be in Mayfair area. They also serve food and have live piano on occasions. A small bar and restaurant area. SHPOCK - APP REVIEW - IS IT WORTH SELLING THERE?

I was very excited about the Shpock app as it allows to sell your old clothes , accessories and anything else like furniture or perfumes. The app has a very secure way of selling the items, you can either selling it directly via the app and post it or you can sell it locally and meet for the sale in person. Both ways have the advantages. The system in the app protects both the seller and the buyer so it is great to sell small clothing items that you can easily post. So far I have sold items like a sofa, shoes, a watch, dresses, clothes, a decorative ornament, handbags etc. The only thing you should be aware is that the important thing is to price your items correctly, you can't expect to retrieve the same amount that you paid for a used item. I think this is where many people have a rude awakening as used items , especially fashion loose a lot of value, even designer items. Otherwise the buyer can just buy a full price item brand new from the store so it has to be a significant d

Studio Frantzen restaurant review

Studio Frantzen is an amazing restaurant located in Harrods departament store in the top floor. It is quite new and I was very excited to visit it and I was not disappointed. I went there for dinner and the ambiance and decor is very minimal and chic.Lots of wood, dimmed lights, booths. Very modern. As you walk in , it is open plan and you can also see the kitchen which is also nice and interesting to see what is happening there. The menu is great and there is something delicious for everyone. I started off with a yummy cocktail, pink of course, then I had a sashimi selection starter and then baby monkfish main course, all of which was absolutely divine. I can't wait to visit again and sample other things from the menu. I also had a dessert which as delicious, foie gras ice cream. The service is fantastic and the staff is very helpful in choosing the right thing on the menu for your taste, they give great recommendations. I am looking forward to visiting again and maybe this

HOW TO START YOUR LUXURY BAG COLLECTION

If I had to start my luxury bags collection again and avoid any potential expensive mistakes, this is the guidelines I would follow. 1. Start with one classic bag that will match everything or at least most things in a neutral colour. I would recommend to start with two bags - one in black and one in nude/ beige colour. Or if just one, start with a black one. You might be tempted with all the trendy pieces in all seasonal colours but it would be a bit tricky when the trends pass and the colour becomes less fashionable or , even worse, you will discover that the colour you chose is very difficult to style with anything else you have in your wardrobe. For this reason. investing in black and beige bags you will insure that this will not happen and you will be investing your money wisely in the bag that you can wear for many seasons to come. and that you can wear the bag often achieving cost per wear. 2. SUZETTE BATTERSEA SQUARE REVIEW

Located in Battersea Square, this little place is perfect for breakfast or lunch. They are serving French style crepes, galettes, pastries, coffee etc. Also delicious omelettes. It's a tiny place with space inside as well as some outside tables and a take away/ delivery option. The service is super friendly and the atmosphere is lovely. This is a local, down to earth place. NEW LUXURY RESTAURANTS TO TRY IN LONDON- my wish list

There are amazing restaurants opening in London every day but those two are really exceptional and found a place on my wish list immediately. Studio Frantzen in Harrods. Click here to book It is on the top floor of Harrods and it's a new exciting Nordic restaurant. with Asian influence. I am beyond excited to try it out! Another one was a love at first sight as well and it's Bacchanalia Click here to book Out of this world decor and menu, probably the most flamboyant restaurant right now in London. Pure luxury, booking well in advance is advised.

DO I NEED TO DRESS UP TO GO TO THE THEATRE IN LONDON?

How to dress to the theatre or a concert in London? That is the question! It is funny as you can often see people who are in the theatre in London or at a concert at Royal Albert Hall for the first time, they simply stand out as they dress up too much. Don't get me wrong, I love dressing up and I definitely encourage it but the general trend is to be wearing something smart casual or even very casual. I sometimes wonder if the real fashion is only worn by the fashion bloggers and influencers as you can hardly ever see anyone dressed up in 'real life' and I tend to be the odd one out. Well, it is a great way to stand out if you would like that. So the short answer is - no, you don't have to dress up , it is enough if you just wear a smart casual outfit and you will blend in perfectly. For a man - jeans with smart shoes such as loafers or brogues and a button down shirt and a blazer, for women anything goes really as long as it is looking elegant and smart. Needless

Wild Tavern - honest restaurant review

Wild Tavern in Chelsea is located near Chelsea Green at Elystan Street. It serves Italian food and is truly exceptional ! It is very casual and cosy with a fireplace being in the centre point of the restaurant. It feels very rustic and has excellent service. The menu involves lots of amazing dishes making it difficult to choose and also they have daily specials. I've gone for sea-bass carpaccio which was absolutely amazing , followed by ravioli which was delicious. I am definitely coming back to try more things from the menu as I have observed them enviously on surrounding tables. For dessert - cannoli , an absolute dream ! I ca't wait to get back there for dinner as this was only lunch. Highly recommend !! Definitely one of the best Italian restaurants in Chelsea!
