For the last few years we have been admiring Zimmerman dresses and it seems they are here to stay. It seems like it is one of those brands that have bewitched us with their designs for a long time and it has also inspired other brands to create similar dresses designs. Zimmerman dresses are available in most upmarket department stores like Harrods or Selfridges but also online on many fashion retail websites like Net-a-porter , Luisaviaroma etc. Unfortunately they do not come cheap as one would expect from such a great brand and luxury. high end design.
Luckily we can sometimes find Zimmerman dresses on sale and even though it is still not cheap , it helps a bit to keep it budget friendly. Outnet is one of the websites I keep an eye out when I want to find some pieces that are still trendy and in fashion but slightly cheaper. You could call it an online fashion outlet. It is a great destination for bags, shoes and dresses.
While I am dreaming about Zimmerman dresses, I am also being practical. I love feminine styles of those dresses but I am not sure if I can justify the cost per wear as those dresses are mainly statement pieces that would be suitable for events and outings rather than an every day stroll in the park. Where would I wear a Zimmerman dress? Hmm... a beautiful dress like this deserves a special event, a beautiful summer dinner on holidays in a spectacular beachfront restaurant! Or at least a wedding or another big event. Luckily Zimmerman also has other pieces we can wear more casually , like co-ord sets for the summer, tops, shorts and skirts. And now even dramatic swimwear! What a dream!

Luckily many brands have gotten inspired by Zimmermann dresses and they have released similar styles. Which is fantastic as I think we really need more feminine dresses in our lives after months of lockdown! To find them, I will be heading over to Asos, H&M and Zara to start with and I am always on the lookout for new brands that create feminine dresses. My eyes are peeled for those beautiful ruffles and lace trimmings to remind me of Zimmermann designs. I think this style suits many women would would like to become more elegant and feminine in their daily life. And we don't need to go all out to achieve this, simply by choosing something with more dramatic ruffles or a bit of lace , cheer sleeves, it will increase our feminine look. A cut out here and there wouldn't go amiss for the braver ones out there. Perfect for a hot summer!
