Have you ever been made uncomfortable during a conversation by someone who was asking too many intrusive questions? Or have you made someone uncomfortable? My experience with Bumble BFF in London

Living in London has its ups and downs and pitfalls. Finding new friends as an adult is another challenge in itself which should be quite easy to solve in a huge city as London, one thinks. Unfortunately this is not the case. London is very transitional and people are always coming and going so you always need to meet new people should your existing network begin to thin out. WHAT IS GOLDEN MILK? GOLDEN MILK RECIPE

What is golden milk and what are the benefits of drinking it? When I first heard about it I wasn't too keen but after I tried it, I started loving this drink and noticed those wonderful health benefits. First of all the main ingredient of golden milk is tumeric and cinnamon which both have many health benefits - boosting your immunity and mood, they are antioxidants and help preventing cancer and age related diseases. There are many benefits. The one I have definitely noticed is this one - when I was feeling like I am coming down with flu or just feeling off in the evening, I would drink the golden milk and almost immediately I would feel better, the flu has magically gone and the next day I felt fresh and full of energy. So even if can't see the other benefits, this is one is definitely noticeable so even for that reason it is worth to make a cup of golden milk now and again. I visit them often and love all !! Bread Ahead - Pavillion Poad . I love this tiny little place for coffee and croissants , they have the best almond croissant that I am dreaming about often. Everyman in Chelsea - luxury London cinema

Does anyone go to the cinema anymore in London? Yes, definitely, especially my favourite London cinema at the moment, while mourning the loss of Curzon Victoria, a loss we can never recover from as Londoners. The cinema that comes to the rescue in those times of culture depravation is Everyman cinema in Chelsea. It is located on King's Rd, of course and it probably the cutest cinema in town, with lovely decor and plush seating areas, bar with drinks and snacks and of course your own waitress serving directly to your seat. Perfect for a date or even solo cinema outing. The best part about this cinema is the it also has screenings of other cultural delights such as opera or theatre and as a matter of fact it can be even better than attending theatre itself as the seating is more comfortable and you can pretty much sit anywhere and feel like you are right up there in the beast seats in the opera ot theatre itself.
