LUXURY AND DECADENT LONDON DATE IDEAS

London has an amazing choices when it comes to entertaining and impressing your date. Here are some luxury and decadent date ideas you can indulge in whether you are a Londoner or just visiting. Champagne terrace At Harrods and luxury lingerie shopping There is nothing better than having some champagne and indulging in luxury shopping afterwards. Harrods offers a couple of champagne bars , my favourite is the top floor Perrier-Jouet terrace. Some champagne with a view over Knightsbridge and then moving onto the vast choice of luxury lingerie brands. There is so much choice from La Perla to Agent Provocateur and many more in between. Studio Frantzen restaurant review

Studio Frantzen is an amazing restaurant located in Harrods departament store in the top floor. It is quite new and I was very excited to visit it and I was not disappointed. I went there for dinner and the ambiance and decor is very minimal and chic.Lots of wood, dimmed lights, booths. Very modern. As you walk in , it is open plan and you can also see the kitchen which is also nice and interesting to see what is happening there. The menu is great and there is something delicious for everyone. I started off with a yummy cocktail, pink of course, then I had a sashimi selection starter and then baby monkfish main course, all of which was absolutely divine. I can't wait to visit again and sample other things from the menu. I also had a dessert which as delicious, foie gras ice cream. The service is fantastic and the staff is very helpful in choosing the right thing on the menu for your taste, they give great recommendations. I am looking forward to visiting again and maybe this

Skylight - theatre play review

Skylight has been on London theatre scene for a while now. I was looking forward to seeing it as it has one of my favourite actresses in it, Carey Mulligan and of course Bill Nighy. As the story of the two lovers unfold , we get to know the characters , it is an interesting study of the personalities and quite stereotypical class backgrounds. Contrasting the "rich" and the "poor" being involved in a love triangle. Predictably , there was a strong hint of feminism and Bill Nighy character has brought up strong memories of the character he played in "Love actually" film , which was a bit disappointing to be honest, I think he can do better than that. These are my two and only criticisms of the play which I have enjoyed otherwise and recommend. It is funny and has a lot of emotions that I have enjoyed. OLD FASHIONED GENTLEMAN - A DYING BREED OR STILL WHAT WOMEN WANT?

Are gentlemen a dying breed or are they still going strong as it seems this is still what women want? Let's look at some qualities of a gentleman : 1. He is reliable. Always keeps his word and you can rely on him , he will never let you down. 2. He is always on time, by that I mean actually 10 minutes early, he would never let a lady wait for him especially not in a public place like a restaurant or a bar, that's unacceptable. 3. SOHO HOUSE MEMBERS CLUB REVIEW

London Soho House is a members club that has many varied venues across London , here are some that I have been to and what I think about them, are they worth it? Soho House is meant to be a place for people who work in media and other creative professions. White City House - a massive venue in White City with restaurants and bars and a swimming pool on the rooftop. There is all you need to be entertained, concerts, shows, cabaret, restaurants ( I lived the Japanese restaurant there) and of course the famous swimming pool. Whereas the venues itself is luges , the pool area gets very crowded even on a Monday so it is a bit tricky to really enjoy it. I wish the pool was bigger. Otherwise I love the venue and the service is always super nice and helpful. Little House in Mayfair. Why do women spend so much money? Everyone has that friend who is always broke and living from pay check to pay check even though she has an amazing salary... How is that even possible you could ask? Corrigan's Mayfair restaurant review

Corrigan's Mayfair is a high end restaurant located on Upper Grosvenor Street in London's Mayfair. I have visited it recently and had a great experience. Corrigan's has a bar as well as soon as you walk in. It is really welcoming and lovely at the first glance, the staff is very nice and helpful. Bar seating and sofas are great combination to make it cosy. After a couple of drinks accompanied by live music we have enjoyed a wonderful dining experience. I loved the decor of the restaurant it is contemporary yet sophisticated at the same time. Dinner started with some amuse bouche which were absolutely delicious, my starter was scallops and they were delightful, I am on on the hunt for London best scallops and they were very high in the ranking! My main course was monkfish and that was also delicious.
