Bluebird in Chelsea is a special place for me to visit before Christmas, it is almost a yearly tradition. Christmas decorations and lovely atmosphere as always. Several Christmas trees and blue baubles of course! This time slightly more quiet as it was a week day. The great news is that the new house Champagne is Nyetimber which is one of my favourite champagnes. They have it by the glass and by the bottles of course. Dangerously delicious!
This was a lovely dinner and as always the menu changes slightly every time I visit. This time we had amazing mushroom tagliatelle and fish followed by the best dessert in the world -Snickers. Dessert poetry! Please Bluebird don't ever take this off the menu! Accompanied by lots of wine. As always fantastic service.
Definitely we will be back for more amazing evenings in one of my favourite restaurants in London. And of course the fantastic bar that becomes very busy on weekends.
